At ChirpTM, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our goal is to get you back to looking your best as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
